Erman Joester "Shai" R. Rivera is a trailblazing child rights, mental health, and gender equality advocate from Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City. Renowned for his passion for creating safe spaces for children and youth, Shai has dedicated his life to advocacy and community service.

Early Life and Education

Shai is currently pursuing the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand, a path reflecting his deep commitment to understanding human behavior, social justice, and community development. A former SSLG President at GRPMH - Main, he has always been an active leader, inspiring peers to champion causes close to their hearts.

Advocacy Work

Shai's work spans multiple influential organizations and movements:

Founder of the First-Ever Children’s Desk in NCR: A landmark initiative promoting child safety and empowerment.

Founding Chairman of Youth Alliance of Taguig City: Mobilizing youth to engage in meaningful activism.
